1 Month Old!

It's hard to believe but you turned 1 month old yesterday, Clive!!! Looks like your daddy has already shown you how to "put 'em up!" by the looks of the first pic. You are such a great baby and you have even started smiling. (: There are a few coos in there, too. Our lives feel more complete now that you have entered them. We love you, Clive. (:

Welcome Clive Paul Herrick!!!

I first found out I was pregnant with you on my first day back to school in September 2010. Your dad and I were so excited and couldn't wait to tell everyone! (: Nine months later you were born on May 16, 2011 at 11:31 a.m., weighing in at 8 pounds 3 ounces and 21 inches. It was a quick birth...3 hours start to finish! What a magical moment when you arrived and we all said, "it's a boy!" We named you Clive (because we liked the name..means cliff dweller in Scottish) Paul (after your late Uncle Paul...you will hear all about him some day. Also your Great-Grandfather was named Paul...he was a very special person, too. ) and Herrick (your last name!).
